I went to North Devon for a few days to visit my friend.  It's only one hour away from Bristol, and there is such an amazing landscape, sea, and nothing else really.  People seem happy down there, lead a non-materialistic life.   You wouldn't really need anything else than a place to live , family and friends, if you live somewhere like this.友達を訪ねに、デボンに数日行ってきました。電車で1時間で、とっても素敵な広大な大地に、海。それ以外は特に何もないところです。住んでる人は何となく幸せそうで、私と違って、物のいらない、非消費生活を送っている様子。こんなところに住んでいたら、住むところ、家族、友達、それ以外は特にいらないんだろうなぁというのが見て取れる。
